When does my warranty period start?
Your 90-day warranty begins on the date the repair is completed and payment is received. The warranty end date is printed on your invoice.
What if my appliance has a different problem within 90 days?
New or unrelated problems are not covered under the original warranty. However, we do offer a diagnostic discount for repeat customers, and any new repairs come with their own 90-day warranty.
Do I need to keep my invoice for warranty claims?
Yes, please keep your invoice as proof of service. We also maintain records, but having your invoice speeds up the claim process. We can look up your service by phone number if needed.
What if the same problem comes back after 90 days?
While our warranty covers 90 days, we value long-term customer relationships. If a related issue occurs shortly after the warranty period, please contact us. We often provide goodwill accommodations for loyal customers.
Does using your service void my manufacturer warranty?
No. We use genuine OEM parts and follow manufacturer-approved procedures. Our repairs maintain your appliance's original warranty status. We can provide documentation of parts used if needed.
What about parts that have a longer manufacturer warranty?
Some OEM parts come with manufacturer warranties exceeding 90 days (such as compressors with 5-year warranties). In these cases, you receive the longer of the two warranty periods for that part.
